Capturing the missing voices: A ‘fair go’ for sexual and gender minority employees in Australian workplaces

This article explores employee voice within organizations, in the context of often-complex inclusion sexual and gender minority (lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans intersex (LGBTI)) employees. study utilized a qualitative case approach to gather insights from diversity experts organizational documents three large Australian organizations representing private, not-for-profit public sectors. research focused on interventions that capture voices LGBTI employees, because their remains challenge. While extant literature has largely networks as primary for this group, identifies several other integral novel mechanisms. contributes existing knowledge by developing an empirically based theory mechanisms overcome spirals silence.
